About us

We are situated in the area of the Dordogne known as the Perigord Noir, in the valley of the Auvezere.

Maison Rouge is located in a small hamlet, on a hilltop, with beautiful views across a rolling wooded landscape.  To the southwest the view is to the small town of Hautefort and its stunning chateau.

The gite has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen.  Maison Rouge has three outside seating areas for you to choose sun or shade!  There is an out of ground swimming pool, measuring 3.5 by 7.2metres and 1.2 metres deep to cool off in when ti gets hot.
